Last year, I did thirty days of 100 reps of a different barre move each day. After 30 days, my butt was firmer and stronger. My core was also tighter. I had more control over my body and my posture improved greatly.
One hundred reps of one movement sometimes only take as short as 5 minutes but it adds up to an incredibly stronger body and boosted self-confidence.
